Undo a mistake
Open More, "Deals". Every buy, sale and trade from every phone is there.
- Find the deal with "Search", or filter by type and day.
- Tap "Undo this buy", "Undo this sale" or "Undo this trade". The screen says what will happen, such as cards going back into stock and cash to hand back.
- Type "Why", for example "Logged twice". A reason is needed.
- Tap the undo button to confirm, or "Keep it".
Who can undo, and when not
- Owners and managers undo. Anyone else sees a note to ask one of them.
- A day that is cashed up cannot be changed by an undo, so a count that balanced stays balanced.
- If a card from the deal has since been sold, held, listed, graded or recounted, sort that out first.
- A trade is undone as a whole. Online orders, buying inbox check ins and grading charges are changed where they came from.
- A customer bringing a card back is a return, which is coming.
