Cash up at the end of the day

Open "Cash up" from the tab bar. "The drawer" shows the float, cash taken, cash paid out and what "Should be in the drawer".

Cash up: setting a $200 float, then counting the drawer at $425 and seeing "Count saved. The drawer is right."
On a phone. Sample shop and cards.
  1. At the start of the day, tap "Set float". Count notes and coins, or choose "Type a total", then tap "Save float". If you have a usual float saved, tap "It is my usual" to skip counting.
  2. Trade as normal. Every buy and sale on every phone counts towards the drawer.
  3. At close, tap "Count drawer". Count notes and coins, or type the total.
  4. Add any "Cash taken out" for costs like food or parking, and the "Card terminal total" if you want it checked.
  5. The count shows "Right on", "Over" or "Short". Tap "Save count".
