Working with no signal
Show halls often have no signal. Buying, selling and cash up keep working.
- Open the app as normal. It opens without signal once you have used it on that phone.
- Buy, sell and count as usual. Each deal is saved on the phone straight away. The chip at the top says "Saved".
- Sell searches the copy of your stock on the phone, and label codes still work.
- Buy offers use your last known buying rules.
- When signal returns, everything waiting sends by itself. Tap the status chip to send now.
Reading the status chip
- "All deals sent": everything has reached TenthPocket.
- "waiting to send": saved on this phone, sending when it can.
- "needs attention": TenthPocket could not log a deal. Open it, read why, and record it another way before you dismiss it. Nothing is lost quietly.
Needs signal
- Changing settings or your team, undoing a deal, the practice shop, sending a help message, and reading scanned cards. Scans wait and read when signal returns.
Before you sign out
- If deals are still waiting, signing out asks first. They stay safe on the phone and send next time the same person signs in on it.
- Do not use private browsing at a show. The browser may throw away deals that have not sent.
