What a customer buys, and what they collect
Owners and managers see this on a customer. It is worked out from your sales to them, so it needs signal, and nothing is ever sent to them from here.
- Open a person from "Customers". Under "Buys" you see the characters and sets they keep buying, their usual price a card, graded habits, condition, and how often they buy. Each line says how many purchases it rests on.
- Below that, suggestions from their purchases. Tap "Add" to keep one, or the cross to wave it away. Nothing is set until you tap.
- Under "What they collect" tap "Edit". Add the characters and sets they collect, and pick kind, games, a price range, a lowest grade and a lowest condition. Tap "Done".
Good to know
- Characters and sets are what will put a customer forward when matching cards come in. Kind, games, price, grade and condition only narrow it, so graded Pokemon alone never means every graded Pokemon card.
- A character you type is matched the way card names are: Umbreon VMAX and Alolan Vulpix count as Umbreon and Vulpix.
- Under two purchases it says "Not enough yet" rather than guess. It fills in as sales with them on it come in, from Email me the receipt, online orders and picking them at the till.
- Refunded sales and bulk lines are left out. Spend shows to owners and managers only. Staff and show helpers see the customer as before.
